About pl999 — Bangladesh's Gaming Home

pl999 was founded with a single purpose: to build Bangladesh's most reliable, enjoyable, and accessible online gaming destination. We recognised that Bangladeshi players deserved a platform that truly understood their culture, their preferred payment methods, and their love for the sport of cricket. From the very first day, every decision at pl999 has been made with our players at the centre.

Today, pl999 serves tens of thousands of active members across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. We offer a comprehensive range of gaming options — from live BPL cricket betting and international tournaments to an expansive library of slot games and a full-featured live casino. Our platform is accessible 24/7 from any smartphone, which means your favourite games are always one tap away.

At pl999, we believe that speed and simplicity define a great gaming experience. That is why we integrated Bangladesh's most popular payment solutions — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — directly into our deposit and withdrawal flow. Players can fund their accounts in under two minutes and receive withdrawals faster than any traditional banking channel. We have partnered with Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank to ensure maximum financial flexibility for our members.

Our games library is powered by the world's leading software studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. This ensures that every title on pl999 — whether a classic three-reel slot, a live dealer blackjack table, or a real-time cricket odds market — meets international standards for fairness, randomness, and payout accuracy. We operate on a certified RNG system so every game outcome is genuinely unpredictable and independently audited.

Responsible gaming sits at the core of everything pl999 does. We firmly believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not distress. That is why we have embedded self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session timers, and dedicated support access directly into every player account. Our platform is strictly for adults — players must be 21 years or older. We encourage all members to review our Responsible Gaming guidelines and to reach out to our support team whenever they need guidance.

Looking ahead, pl999 is committed to continuous improvement. We regularly expand our game catalogue, introduce seasonal promotions tied to major events like Pohela Boishakh, Eid, the T20 World Cup, and the IPL, and invest heavily in server infrastructure to guarantee zero-downtime access. Our mission remains unchanged: to be the most trusted name in online gaming for Bangladesh, delivering joy, fairness, and world-class entertainment every single day.
